Visionary Scholarship Terms and Conditions

Award Amount: $1,000 for one (1) grand prize winner.

Deadline: Application and all necessary additional materials must be completed and submitted by the deadline dates.


  1. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  2. Must be a current student enrolled at an accredited college or university
  3. Must have an overall GPA of 2.8 or higher
  4. The award must be applied to the winner’s semester’s tuition.

Employees and family members of The Law Offices of Christmas Injury Lawyers and its affiliates are not eligible for a scholarship.


Applicants will be judged on their response to one essay topic, the content of their application and the strength of their academic performance. By applying for the Christmas Injury Lawyers Visionary Scholarship, applicants grant Christmas Injury Lawyers permission to post their name on the website for Christmas Injury Lawyers and in any and all other marketing communications.

Withdrawal Policy:

If a winning student withdraws from his/her university after winning the scholarship, that student forfeits the scholarship amount, which will be awarded to the next eligible applicant. Christmas Injury Lawyers reserves the right to rescind the scholarship amount for any reason at any time.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: We will not sell, share, or distribute the information you submit with your scholarship application to any third parties. The information you submit will be used only for determining the scholarship recipient and deleted after the selection period.
