As part of Howell and Christmas, Lowcountry Helmets for Kids had another excellent event at the Charleston KidsFair on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Gaillard Center.
We are pleased to announce that along with Sgt. Shelor and his group of volunteers from the City of Charleston Police Department, we handed out more than one hundred and eighty brand new bike helmets to children in need. Each child was instructed on the proper fit and the importance of always wearing a helmet.
In addition to the helmets, Attorney Reese Stidham was proud to award a brand new bicycle to Damani, pictured here with his Big Brother Antonio who nominated him. Thanks to everyone who helped make this such a great event and we look forward to seeing everyone next year!
